When I worked at Sportsmans Warehouse we would joke when someone would buy a 9mm or small pistol and say it was bear protection that they should file the sights off so it doesn't hurt as bad when the bear shoves it up their keaster. I'd say the same thing is true with the bayonet. Probably good they didn't use a knife with a gut hook.If you gotta use the bayonet it’s too late.
