That thing is huge!! Are you positive it is a buck, it could be a weird elk shed. Just a possibility but it's still cool. Congrats to him on the find!!

Cool shed. Looks like a deer to me.

Reminded me of a deer I saw several years ago. Wasn't nearly as big, but still interesting. It was a 1x4 that I saw nearly every night while at work. I managed to snap this photo of him.

Looks like a spike elk to me also.

It's not a true spike muley....just an inferior buck. It has two legal points.

I have a cousin that shot a spike elk in the Cle Elem area of Wash. state that measured over three feet long.
That is a great find...

hey that is a nice find and i do believe that you did find a deer shed not an elk one we found in tanaskut a few years back was close to that size nice
