Gen X: That glorious era between ducking & covering for A Bomb drills and school shootings.

Reagan shooting, kneeling in hallway for atomic bomb practice, shuttle explosion and stock market crash. All the generations are drinking less and Gen X is up 36% in alcohol consumption! I wonder why.

In 1980 I watched the Space Shuttle transported on the back a 747 land at Tinker AFB .
I was driving a front loader garbage truck on base .
It flew right over top of me , It was impressive.

It's because we've had to shift from LP's to cassettes to CD's to streaming.

Ive seen a lot of mid 80s millenials try to identify as gen x rather than what they were born as (how gen z of them).

Age is relative. I'm 65 and last week a guy thought I was early 50s. OK, fine. My body may have slowed down but my mind still says "go"! It's nice out. Time to put some more miles on the Harley.
