Game Carts in Wilderness Areas

I realize using mechanical game carts in wilderness areas is controversial, especially if we are using old information. However, I invite everyone to check out the HR 1349 Wilderness Act Amendment concerning such matters.

If Bill believes that proposed amendment became law, he is going to a lot of extra effort using a cart in a wilderness area when he should be looking into one of these.
