First Muley

Well it was our fiist trip to wy on a Diy public land and our first time to hunt mule deer. Wow the good lord was smiling on us this trip. We spent the first day looking around and putting a plan together for the next day to get away from the traffic, and 30 min. after daylight we found ourselves looking at a buck 175 yrds below us laying under a cedar. Had a clear shot so my son settled in for the shot and well the rest is in the photo.
