Idaho 2000 Opening day bull. This guy came into the horses as we were riding up to our "spot"

Idaho 2003 My longest shot on a bull. 573 yards. It was so steep the tree was the only thing that stopped him from rolling to the bottom.

Idaho 2008 My first Idaho draw tag and I got to excited and killed this guy when he came in screaming.

Idaho 2009 my biggest bull to date. It was the last day of the season and I almost didn't go. I'm sure glad I did.

Idaho 2010 I had 7 spikes walk right up to me.

Idaho 2018 This elk might be my greatest accomplishment. In September I blew up my ankle playing softball. I could barely stand up. In October I managed to hobble from the truck and shoot this guy across the canyon. A great friend came up and helped pack him out for me. I posted my this years bull earlier in this thread. I know there are a couple of years I don't have pictures of. Thank you for taking the time and walking down memory lane with me. Good luck to all on making more memories in the elk woods.

My son had a cow tag.....we had today only to get it done ....so with my urging he picked out a calf.

He made a great shot and we had a long pack out.
