Doctoring Chapter 2 UPDATE

AKA driving "Miss Daisy". Today was the first day of four hours of work since surgery three weeks ago Friday and we are BOTH paying for in it. The very worst thing to say is, "I wish you wouldn't have done that." Talk about putting one's foot in one's mouth. Not happy times right now, but you have to let them try no matter how painful for both. Tomorrow, you do it all over again until you get to the "new normal" and move on.
Thanks to all of you for posts and PM's. Major milestone today. We shall over come!

Thanks guys!
She is a tad ahead of schedule in rehab according to her PT who does not want her to push any harder for two more weeks. Old bones and cartilage don't heal as fast unless you are 20 something when cartilage can still be growing. This evening kind of a set back for both of us as we are beat, but tomorrow is another day, as is the next. Just don't mess with old people...
