Dead Elk, Again.

Got out on 1/23 to help my buddy Dave get his cow. For those that are following, Dave was there to help our other buddy get his first elk. I guess Karma was smiling down on Dave. Great time for me as I got to help two buddies harvest 2 elk this week. Only had to put a few miles on the ol' boots! I did tell Dave (this is his second cow I have helped him pack out in 3 years) that I am going to wait until I have one down in the deepest, darkest hole to collect and have him help pack one of mine out.

I killed a cow once not 1/2 mile above some monsterous homes above Springville.

For sure 1 pointer. The one in this post was a little work. It was about 2.5 miles in, the other one was a 35 min. pack out above some really big homes.
