Cool or Lame?

My best friend was messing around with some photoshop stuff and came up with this for some of our personal and our clients pics. What do you guys think? I kind of like it?

I think it puts the emphasis on the trophy and the hunter. Removes any distraction from a less than ideal background.

Great pic and cool! But, I think if his head would have been pulled up a tad. Also, would have staked the one floppy year up other than that. FANTASTIC.

You just can't photoshop out the gay can you? Sticks to the picture well.

Certainly different. Would be a great idea with not so great backgrounds and problems with blood and guts. Or if you didn't want anyone to the see the background

Put in a layer in the back of mountains and move the obscurity of it to say 80 percent. Then use the blending brush and go around yours and the deers outlines to blend it with the background. This will rid the black edges and take away the "fathead" look but at the same time still pull the eye to the subject. I am not criticizing just suggesting. Im in a photo class in school and have discovered the wonders of photoshop haha. Good luck!

I like it. I wouldn`t do that to many photos though. I love looking at the terrain in the back ground on a lot of kill pics on here. Especially sheep! That sometimes makes the picture!

Very well done. It would be interesting to see the before and after together. Missed a couple of blades of grass by the nose.

I like it. since I do this for a living it's would be fine for a few photos. You can overdue it with too many photos. I agree with genesis273 though, I like to look at the terrain in the photo. Remember to take out the weeds on the nose of that photo, using the clone tool to copy some of the existing hair and replacing the weeds. Good job!
