Im watching realtree outdoors on the outdoor channel. They are hunting elk on a private ranch with a muzzle loader. The muzzle loader has a scope on it. I was sure that in colorado scopes were illegal during the muzzle loader season. Am i wrong?

Because the RWF places set their own seasons and they don't correspond with the regular CO seasons.

Because the private RFW licenses are the equivalent of rifle licenses. Scopes can be used on muzzleloaders during rifle season, just not during muzzleloader season.
