Both of us worked late so had leftover I fixed last night.
I browned four thin-cut porks chops in the pan, dumped in a can of golden mushroom soup, half can of water and let it simmer while I nuked the bakers. Right at the end I threw in a good dab of sour cream and stirred in to make a gravy, thinned it out tonight with just a touch of water and dinner again with little steamed brocolli on the side, 20 minutes tops.
 
I like the sour cream addition. Sounds darn good! PICTURES!!!! :) They make people salivate more than words... haha!
