Didn't he make this same argument in court. If so, there is another law broken by Mr. Bundy. I do sympathize with the land being shut down because of the desert turtles. I remember when the enviro leftist tried to shut everything down for the spotted owls. However, breaking the law turns you into a criminal, not a hero.
 
He can be the biggest lying bum in the world but something interesting happened in this fiasco. Robert Reich and Rachel Maddow have a distinct look of concern in their eyes. The progressives figured they could buy swat vehicles, ammo and armor and the people would be totally compliant when they forced their social engineering. Now they are not quite sure that the proletariat will be compliant. They can dig up anything they want on Bundy but they can't be sure they won't die in the next showdown. That is a good thing. An armed citizen is a free citizen.

Yeah, a wacko impromptu militia defending a lawbreaker's actions at gunpoint is nothing to be concerned about. That our law enforcement agents "can't be sure they won't die in the next showdown" is nothing to be concerned about. It is comforting knowing that nothing is more free than a group having enough firepower that they can ignore the law.
