Best Game Meat??

Was curious what opinions would be about the best game meat?? Have heard Axis deer are tasty? What about Aoudad?
I would rate from the meat ive had:
Sika (mini elk from Maryland/Japan)
Elk
Moose
Than everything else in a large drop off

Thoughts?

3. Elk

Moose, Elk, and Antelope are all grouped at the top for me. Love and eat a lot of puddle ducks and pheasants, too.

Was it a rutted up male or a cow/youngster?
Did it get good care and handling after the kill?
Who cooked it and how?

But I'm like Rio & Cushman. I'll eat most anything in front of me.
That's cooked food, that is ....I don't munch live bunnies. Now those other two are a different breed........lol

If I had to rank them:

1. Acorn fed whitetail
2. Elk
3. Acorn fed feral hog
4. mule deer

Still waiting on getting a go at pronghorn to see where it falls. I would love to try moose but I am not optimistic on my odds of ever drawing a tag. I may spring for Alaska or Yukon moose someday soon though. On the fence.

Antelope runs away with first place for me. Elk is next. Bison brings up third. Then stinky deer comes into the picture.

Pan fried squirrel. Don't know why I love it so much.

Of the ones I’ve eaten.

1. Cajun Deep Fried Eastern Wild Turkey breast.
2. Wood duck roasted in Italian dressing.
3. Mule Deer back strap cooked whole and then sliced.
4. Whitetail back strap stuffed with cream cheese and bacon wrapped.

And a couple that are surprisingly good to me.
Mountain goat heart and jalapeño poppers made from coastal diver ducks.
