I have found sheds before in the NF here in the mountains of Virginia, but nothing like these. I know in some parts of the country these will only get a yawn. Not that common here, though. What makes these such a treat is that my season was a total bust. I saw way more flashlights than deer (Covid) no matter how far back in I went. I did see a rather large bear, however. And watched the same squirrel dodge an owl and later on a hawk. My only shot opportunity at a decent buck was during late muzzle loader. I was still hunting and he got up at 15 yards. Unfortunately, he ran straight away from me. Although I had enough time, I'm just not comfortable with that shot. I tried to get him to stop...hah!
