Bad news for BLM, just got worse.

You gotta hand it to them. They have conviction. Doubling down on actions that are even unpopular with the base heading into the mid-terms... It's like they know the train tracks lead to a cliff but they just keep throwing in the coal. Astounding.

True.

And given what I see of Dems, their messaging, and their candidates, it seems like they are doubling down on their losing strategies of the past. To provide a counterbalance and push back, the opposing side must provide a viable alternative that has appeal to the electorate in that state. From what I’m seeing, and maybe I’m wrong, there will not be much penalty for the actions you’ve mentioned.

100% agree. I blame our current situation as much on the fringe dems as I do on the fringe maga crowd. In all honesty, our primary system is the problem. If we don't change that, nothing will ever improve.

FIFY.

Agreed. It’s very hard not to hold your head and cry at the seeming implosion of our values and institutions.. but I imagine 1968, and 1979, let alone 1859, all felt unmoored and unrecoverable at times. I think that’s why the BHA/PLWAA corner crossing lawsuit in MT feels so personal and redemptive right now; win or lose somebody is doing something.
