ICE wouldn't have to do anything except deport illegal immigrants from jail/prison.

You need to google the definition of sanctuary city. I think it may help. For local police to not ask about immigration status does not mean they let felons back on the streets. To an underresource local police force, those question are not typically germaine to the problems they face. Either way, it should not allow ICE to violate the rights of US citizens. The two violations are not comparable.

Are you against accountability? Should borders be open? Should anyone with any record be allowed into the US? How about we send them to your neighborhood and they can live in your streets and commit murders, rape, kidnapping, and pedal drugs to your kids and your family. Would it make a difference if you had a 6 year old at home who liked to play in the yard and there was an illegal immigrant living 2 doors down who was a convicted pedophile and rapist? Would your tune change then?

Release them, I couldn't care less. It has nothing to do with ice and cleaning up the garbage that blew in under open borders. It needs cleaned up and I'm glad its being done.
