Archery Javelina

Hey All,

I got skunked in every state drawing this year, but obtained a few licenses. One of which is an AZ NR Combo license. Does anyone know if their are any left-over/OTC archery Javelina tags available?

The only Javelina tags for purchase are OTC Archery as shown on page 49 of the regs. Looks like the season dates are Aug 19 - Sep 8, 2016.

Spring hunt applications are in September. The January archery hunts are in those spring regs.

Did anyone score a pig this Jan.? I hunted most of a week in
37B missed 3 shots in high wind conditions.NO water,ranchers trucking
in water to puny cattle.Plenty of Yotes.

Fairly warm and dry this season. Hunted 6 days only found one herd.

We hunted 4 days and saw a herd 3 out of the 4 days. I called in one herd and my dad and I each got a javelina out of that bunch.

Thanks, I think we just got lucky. I just picked an area to try that we had never been to and we ended up finding quite a bit of game there.
