I've been getting the "Unable to serve this request" page frequently the last few days. Also had the same problem as SS a bit ago. This evening the site was almost inaccessible for me, as it would either take a minute or more for a page to come up, or I would get the "Unable" page.

Yeah, so much for a scalable server, eh. They are migrating the data base (which is huge) to a dedicated server. Supposed to cure those problems. Will be some testing of the data base once the migration is complete, so I have been told to expect this for up to a week.

Sorry about that guys. Hang with me. Technology can be real frustrating.
