Hunting buddy from our group who works for the company I do, took a two year job at our office in Seoul. Emailed me last week and said he was sending me something from there. I asked him if she was cute and his response was, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I had made the mistake when I heard he was taking the job that I liked kimchi.
In mail just a few minutes ago I received a package from him, opened it and was a box of Korean Kimchi Chocolate?? WTF?

Anybody had, tried it?

Wife is a chocolate freak. Have her try it first?

Just couldn't wait! Had to have some cheese and some whiskey to get the taste out of my mouth. Kimchi by itself, okay. Kimchi and chocolate, not so much. Kind of guessing somebody is going to kick the chit out of me when she tries it after she gets home this afternoon.........
Anybody want some?

Very CHEAP milk chocolate taste at first, then kicks the chit out of your tastebuds AND it lingers and lingers AND lingers.

Maybe if it were melted down and mixed with some wasabi and Thai fish sauce then used as a dip for sushi. Would put a whole new face on sushi eating.
