3 man limit of cans

Went out on sat and got a 3 man limit of canvasbacks. It was a awesome experience I've never seen so many birds in my life at first light a flock of about 500 came over. You don't see that very often in va.

Thanks saw some pintails, but couldn't get on them. That's next on my hit list. Our last duck day is sat, hope the snow stirs things up and I can find some open water.

WTG! My son has been hammering the Cans down here in NW Louisiana on the Red River. Back when I was into waterfowl they were a rumor! LOL John

My friend went with me and it was his first duck hunt, and he got a limit of cans. He acted like it wasn't a big deal, I told him this doesn't happen very often much less your first time out.
