I still have it also. Coming home from Colorado the tread on one of the trailer tires came off and did a number on the wheel well. After striking out at Big O tires and Walmart in Trinidad I found a mom and pop type place that actually had 14 ply trailer tires. Drawback was it took them nearly 3 hours to get 2 of them put on.Thanks for the "tire flu". Had a nail in my tire on the highway on the way to my dad's CA mule deer hunt this weekend, Tire was too damaged to use as a spare after...Then this morning had a nail in my work car. I've had enough of this kind of adventure!
Side note: Double check that you can actually get your spare tire off if you have one of those funny looking ladder type setups on your trailer with the spare tire hanging on it. The nut that you are supposed to undo with your hand to get the whole thing to work was absolutely rusted solid on mine and the only way I would have been able to get it off would have been disassembling the entire thing. Thankfully I was able to limp it to the tire shop as the tire was still holding air, just didn't have any tread on the middle of the tire.
