2025 gear game changer- wows!

I’ve had a couple different pairs for the last few years but I’m going to recommend my first lite foundry pants. The knees and butt are water resistant and they have held up to quite a bit of brush busting in the east and sage and cactus wading in the west. I really like that my butt doesn’t get wet when I’m spring turkey hunting and have to pile up against a wet tree trunk

I second the Sig Zulu6 HDX Image Stabilizing Binoculars. Hard to explain how much of a game changer they are. Any loss of optical quality is gained in stabilization. Obviously, alpha glass on a tripod is better. But I have had them side by side with the higher end Meoptas and Swaros and free hand I’ll take the Sigs every time.

Other cool product was Sumo Springs on my Silverado. Can’t recommend them enough for half tons that run heavy. I have a Trail Boss that is already a little mushy. Throw a bed full of gear and a little trailer tongue weight and it squats. Pulled a 5000lb trailer and SXS and our gear out and (plus two bulls) back from Indianapolis to Colorado. The stability, lack of squat, and anti-sway was so nice. It’s a 20min install and about $200-250. I’ve played around with them at a few different levels but like them most at 1.5-2in gap for daily. But if I know I’m going to be loaded heavy (like 2500mi with a trailer) I’ll add a spacer so they are just off the axle.
