2025 gear game changer- wows!

Thanks for the info. As someone who’s at a good weight and in pretty decent shape, this is something I’ve been really curious about as I seem to be tired an aweful lot, especially over the last 5 years with extra sleep and cleaner eating not making much difference.
It’s not just a being fat thing. I have a buddy that does those body building shows and he says if he doesn’t use his in 2 days he is dead on his feet. Idk how your insurance stuff will work I don’t use mine much so I paid for the entire thing out of pocket that’s why I’d just bypass the doctor at this point.

Yeah, I understand that weight isn’t a determining factor. That’s probably why I haven’t through about it as a factor until more recently. Being low 40’s, fit, and at a good weight, it doesn’t make sense to feel consistently this tired and always good blood labs. That’s what’s made me think about this as a possibility. I’d really be curious about any of the at home testing and how good they are. Again, thanks for bringing this up.

Doctor told me I was lucky if I actually slept for 2 hours a night if I laid down for 7. I go to bed around 9 and most mornings im just awake around 330 now ready to go. I pretty much quit drinking caffeine. Also if you have the apnea it is hell on your heart and will put you in the ground a lot sooner. I’ve debated on actually starting a thread about all the health stuff I’ve dealt with in the last 9 months but I have a lot of hate towards our medical system and didn’t want to see it spiral into another political mess. If I was to start this process over again I’d watch some videos on YouTube and buy it all off of Amazon.

Good reminder.. I should do that one of these days too. My dads health had been declining rapidly for years and come to find out he has AFIB and sleep apnea. Undiagnosed until an ambulance ride to the hospital after what felt like a heart attack just trying to set up a portable ice house.
