Wife’s birthday is in a couple days decided to tell bed this morning that I’m heading to New Mexico. She was not happy I gave her some shoes I had bought her for the birthday now I have to buy her another birthday present

why would your wife be unhappy you are heading to NM for a hunt? Does not sound like a reason to double up on presents.

I live in Montana we have a very long season and I keep adding other states to it. Between that and how much I work I don’t blame her.
