2022 Sask moose adventures

Can't imagine how long it takes to process a whole moose. Any guess as to how much meat you'll get?
I cheat in the fact I just bag the trim and as needed I’ll thaw it clean it up grind it. It would really drag it out if I cleaned it all up and ground it now. But I grind in a different fat ratio for sausage vs burger so the system works good for me. Not sure how much bones out cleaned up meat there is after it’s done. A lot lol. In 2.5-3 hours tonight I did the two rib/neck sections and one front shoulder. Between that I’m up to 165.5 bone in meat
