Spent the weekend hiking through an area of Wyoming I have been hunting for the last few years. Thought you might enjoy a few pics of the area. Saw good numbers of deer but no good pics of them this time. Those that drew a G or H tag have this to look forward to.

That is one happy dog. Nice pics.

I feel blessed to live in the West where we have access to these wild places.

I'm also glad they are federal and open to all citizens. I just got home from a town hall meeting with my state representative and Utahs ambition to seize federal lands was offered as crowd bait. Damn near got lynched standing against that issue. Being a left of center gentile in Utah is always interesting.

Man those are some awesome pictures. I can't wait to go hunting in some of that country.

All that looks awfully familiar. Looks like a good time.

I bet it does. It gets a fair amount of hunters. Between the two outfitters that run out of the same trailhead and half of Sweetwater County it can get a little crowded. Still a good place to hunt.

Yes it does get crowded. I have been lucky enough to take a couple deer right close by over the years. I haven't been up there in the summer or hunted there though in about three years.
