That law was specifically written to not exclude corner crossing on the airspace issue. That’s just a fact. The law was killed the previous year because it didn’t exclude corner crossing.

The intent of the law was to stop people from driving/walking across private to reach public claiming while doing so they had no “intent” to actually hunt until they got to the public.

There was a couple guys from Casper and Evanston areas that were misinterpreting the AG opinion on corner crossing to hunt.

Magagna isn’t remembering correctly, even though he testified in favor of the bill.
