I’ve butchered around 100 antelope. Most big bucks yield about 35lbs of meat. None have 60 lbs of meat.

But those weren't the REALLY big bucks among the 6 billion in the state.

You arent shooting the well fattened ones. 35 is on the small size by far. You should read the wyoming game and fish publications on antelope life cycle and growth.

Where do the fat ones live? I also can't seem to get much more than 35 pounds of meat from one.

I’ll shoot a bigger Wyoming antelope this year than all their guided “hunters”. Bets? It’ll have about 35# of meat like most other big bucks.

You can save the tongue, entire neck, bone in ribs, head & face meat, heart, liver and tripe, and still will not get 60lbs of meat. Keep living in a fantasy world.

60# doesn’t sound like much but it’s literally almost double what you get out of a normal adult buck. This guy is smoking crack cocaine, which is extra obvious with the private land outfitter link with pictures dating back nearly 30 years of tiny little bucks.

That is 100% where I hunt them and I see dozens of big horn sheep in a weekend.

If i sit really still in some june berry bushes the sheep walk within 50 yards of me sometimes.

How many hundreds of years did it take you to draw 100 antelope tags? With most land mass in wyoming having less than 200 and sometimes as little as 50 antelope tags per tag type in a given hunt area, it would take me about 350 years to draw 100 antelope tags as a resident. Are these farm antelope?
