Description: 12x14, 5' walls w/ 1' "weather sod base"/ 9' ceiling. Flaps w/ Zipper.
Reason: extensive mildew. Mildew tear along zipper line. No other tear area's - Needs proper cleansing, canvas conditioning and zipper edge patching to bring her to par.
When I return home, (Thursday) - I'll pitch the tent and take a couple pics of mildew coloration to post here.
I'm holding a spring yard sale in the next couiple weeks. Missoula area. I plan to sell it then. If anyone has interest prior to the sale, post up / pm me.
