I've been waiting over a year to find one of these guys again. This one showed up out of nowhere on Christmas morning so I named him "Whitetail Jesus". Not the biggest around but I'm going to be putting on some miles come shed season to find them, if he can survive 5 more firearm days. Here is a teaser pic :D:

I'm assuming the tease is the branch in the upper right corner is just part of one main beam? If so he's named pretty well.

A little more revealed :D

Good Lord almighty! Have you seen this guy before and is the OH season over? If not I'd be up a tree everyday till it is!!!

My thought is your flash from your trail camera is the brightest thing that deer will ever see. He is so darn nocturnal he makes Dracula feel like George Hamilton.......and now a picture of George Hamilton when he was feeling a little "tanorexic".

Haven't see this guy before but I knew there was a big one in this woods. Ohio has a four day muzzle-loader season in two weeks and bow season ends first weekend in February. I, however used my buck tag back in October so I'm waiting for shed season. This begins the unending drive to learn everything about this deer.

I haven't bought a muzzelloader tag yet, you could party hunt with me? Just kidding hope he makes it through for you thats a deer of a lifetime

Im glad you brought this up kansasdad, and I'm interested in what others think. I have a few infrared cameras but I do not like them. I would much rather use full color flash cams even though they are getting harder to find. I have yet to see any camera that deer don't see, even IR and the "Black Flash" cameras still generate tons of pictures where the deer are looking right at the camera. Whitetail Jesus" came by this camera for the first time and I got 24 pictures of him. He came back two hours later and I got 11 pictures of him before daylight. Then 15 hours later, in the evening, he came back and I got 15 pictures. Three hours later, 16 more pictures. This doesn't strike me as being spooked by the flash.

Just made my night! Thanks for the good pics. Nothing better then whitetail porn before bed!!!
