CO - as much I don't like my state anymore, has given me some good tags. A couple of bighorn tags, bull moose and the have snagged a hundred+ years of tags off of the leftover/reissue list - Yeah I know the leftover/reissue tags will go away, but it has been great while it lasted.
I'm annoyed with AZ, I have drawn two antelope tags in first 5 years of trying and now I can't draw any tag and am one of those dummies with 30 NR points trying to get an early bull tag- which I statically will if live a few more years or they don't change the system again.

Didn't read all the replies but willing to bet I'm the only guy who would say Texas.

Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico have all been good to me but certainly not disproportionately. Have drawn some good tags in Wyoming but always with points never in the random excluding cow/doe tags. Colorado is a similar story some fun tags but never been surprised by drawing a tag with less points then expected and have not drawn due to creep a few times. New Mexico has given me 4 tags in less then a decade but all 3rd choice difficult to fill deer tags. I've only been applying for AZ about 3 years with no luck so far. Have a few points in Montana for some possible hunts in the future but have never actually applied just bought points. South Dakota has been disproportionately bad to me🤣. I will have 9 points for most categories excluding turkey (only a couple there) and have been actively applying for bison, pronghorn, WRD, and BHD every year and can't even draw a BH whitetail tag. In full disclosure with how late SD draws are many years my fall is busy already by the time they roll around. So the last couple years I only apply for any deer not whitetail tags dropping the odds astronomically. But I remember not drawing BH whitetail with 5 then 6 points two years in a row just bad luck. As for Texas I also started applying for a few hunts 9 years ago as well back then just sheep, exotics, pronghorn, and mule deer. Every year I added a few more hunts to the application and in those 9 years I've drawn 7 hunts. Including a world class auodad hunt, javelina hunt that turned into a elk hunt with desert bighorn in the backdrop, some good deer hunting, a management deer hunt with oryx walking around, and a underwhelming deer and turkey hunt. Headed down in a week for my next adventure hoping to run into a axis deer. With the low odds I've beaten and the quality of some of the hunts it's easy to say Texas has been disproportionately good to this okie.
