What's on the smoker today?

While the world goes crazy I'm smoking sea salt. Brought back a nice load of pecan and oak wood from Texas for my summer smoking.
 
Bought a case of jalapenos from our friends with a restaurant. Dried some for sea salt and smoking the rest for some chipotle sea salt and just chipotle peppers.
Mesquite wood for the smoking. The jalapenos unfortunately are not very hot but very flavorful.

Going to try to make some poor man's burnt ends out of some whitetail neck meat tomorrow. First time so we'll see how they turn out
