Bunch of slackers around here! Low 80s today so I lit the coals in the Weber and grilled pork chops with apricot habanero sauce.

What a difference a few hours north make, earlier in the week the weatherman said 75 but we never made it above 45 and misty rain. Elk burgers, sautéed onions and Tator tots.

Well we perty much run a Brazilian steakhouse in the backyard sometimes. We have family from Brazil so we get it all at times
