I never knew you could look sites up like this. its interesting how they determine how much a site is worth almost to the point its kinda bogus.

I compared 4 sites. found that it has nothing to do with the amount of hits nor popularity but the amount of advertising there and is backlinks.
when I say advertising I mean like the googles ads lots of sites have. those tend to be pretty popular but they do make a site look skanky.

I visit one site that gets maybe 20 posts a day, its worth 4k(ads), I checked out another site that has 600+ members everyday and over 600 posts per day/replies included( no ad's). its around $1500, checked another one that is down right huge and its running about $35k.
