What are you currently reloading?

A dozen rounds of 22 hornet, 40 gr sierra and a full scoop of 2207, the only powder I can get in aussie that's close.

Ive used amaxs with success - but i wouldnt want to shoot them too fast - id be concerned theyd not hold up. Lot of people doing it though.
 
Spent about an hour doing brass prep yesterday. working through my ever present pile of .223/5.56 brass.

I picked up some "once fired" 35 Whelen brass off Gunbroker. In a happy reverse of the usual, more than half of it was unfired.
Sized and trimmed and in slip cases until needed.

What rifle is your 35 Whelen chambered in? I had two of them.

I have a Mauser 98 in progress. I bought it off the used rack at Cabela's. The rack was full of Mauser 98's in various stages of completion. They said they had bought the lot from an estate. It has a stepped contour 30-06 barrel hand tight in the action now. It has been a while now, but I think I paid about $250 for it?

Kreiger #2 contour sitting in the case with it. It is currently sitting in a Parker Hale stock. I haven't made any decisions on what the stock will be.
It will need a bolt handle job and jeweling.

I took it and another Mauser to Ed Lapour for his 3 position safeties to be installed. MRS45 and I did a weekend in Bremerton last year and I squared up with him. It is next in line to go to @p_ham to be finished when I get the funds.IMG_5363.JPGIMG_5367_2.JPG

Bought some wads today. Over summer in going to load up some low pressure loads for use in my old side by side. Will use it to chase some ruffed grouse this fall. Also need to refill my 22-250 stash for coyotes next winter

Did a first batch of conversation for a new to me cartridge, went great super easy. I’m just going to refer to it as 25arcR since it uses the same shell holder and AMP pilot as my 6arc. I ordered a barrel for my Encore, but it probably won’t be here for a couple months.
 
Got 250 shiny new piece of 30-30 in the mail today. Just resized them all in a 7-30 die and tomorrow I’ll load up 100 or so.
