Wedding Bells

Awesome news, John! Grats to your son and soon to be daughter! Sounds like a great setting.
Cheers to you and family!

Congrats John!

They'll have a great story for their grandkids to boot, "And this one time, at preschool, grandma kicked grandpa's blocks all over the ........."

Good luck and enjoy.

Alrighty Then! Here is the Play by Play so far. We have had the Rehersal and now we are getting ready for the Main Event! So many emotions are flowing, my son is a very emotional type person as am I so he used Facebook to relay what he could not finish at his rehersal....yah, I'm proud! John

Travis Harrell

Tonight at the rehearsal dinner I got up to give a speech but my emotions got the better of me. I can type a lot easier than I can say what I wanted to say so here it goes. I want to thank my parents John Harrell and Charlotte Wiginton Harrell for raising me the way that you did. Growing up I always watched my dad treat my mom like an angel and watching my mom reciprocate the feelings back showed me what true love is. To see two people who are so in sync with each other that they even dress alike without even meaning to. That is what I want out of mine and Samantha Piro marriage for the rest of the time we are on this rock. I love y'all more than words can explain and thank you for shaping me into the man I am today. Y'all have always been there for me from day one and I know I can always rely on y'all of needed. Again, thank you again for everything y'all do, not just helping with the wedding, but for everything else y'all didn't have to do for me growing up. It means the world to me and always will.

My poor wife is already gearing up for a First Class crying session! She said she was going upstairs to get ready, I told her when she was through with her hair and eyeliner to come back down and we would look though Travo's Baby Book........OOOOHHH. What she said! LOL John

Congrats to you John, for your new family member! Sounds like you and your son have your priorities set. That is something to be proud of now a days.
Tears can be a good thing, it cleanses the soul! Hope all goes well for their wedding and their trip to Hawaii.

My wife and I have a motto we share with other couples:
TRUTH, PASSION, ADVENTURE
Good luck to your son and his new bride.

Haha! John, John, John... evil... :p

Wow! What an amazing Wedding those kids had! As time arrived a cold front came though and made the Skies turn Clear and Blue with cooler temps while an hour away at home it was raining cats and dogs! As the guests started to arrive I was surprised by how many made the drive, we had 200 chairs set out and I guess less than 20 were empty. The ceremony was short and sweet with some old coot dripping water down his cheeks, must have been my allergies. That's my story and I am sticking with it!
After the ceremony we went to the Carnigie Library where the guest were served HorseDivers and a very good Buffet of Brisket, salads, Baked Potatoes along with rolls and green beens.
Travo and Samantha were introduced and their first song was "Hey Pretty Girl" and then the poor Brides daddy who was just a wreak losing his baby girl had his dance, I have never seen a man blubber as he did. I told him he did great and he just laughed! The DJ did a great job of keeping the young folks dancing and I tried my hand at Twerking, but my wife told me to sit down! LOL
They also had plenty of Beer and Wine flowing along with a Photo Booth which was a big hit. Travo and Samantha are flying to Hawaii as I type and are probably sound asleep!
May I introduce Mr. & Mrs. Travis Harrell!

Excellent - congratulations and good luck to them and you. I have been in Jefferson a number of times - a good choice.
