Will SCOTUS respect this public lands precedent?

Hmm...how reversing its own precedents? Or telling the orange menace that he is above the law?
Keep your head in the sand if you like though.

My head isn’t in the sand. I asked for examples and you didn’t really provide any. Can you provide any actual cited examples?
One that may cost this country dearly is when the SCOTUS handed Trump immunity for whatever he does in office, when they witnessed Jan 6 like the rest of us.

Reversing Roe is another.

The latest ruling on campaign finance regulations is another

Essentially gutting the voting rights act is one

Going back a quarter century Bush v. Gore was decided on partisan lines.

There are several more, if you want more proof, it is not that hard to find.

I'd challenge you to show that Thomas and Alito aren't political hacks in robes.

Look at that! I’m well aware of many of these. Although I will agree to disagree on Roe.

I’m not interested in trying to defend Thomas and Alito. I do believe Thomas is for sure a political hack. Can we agree that Jackson is also a political hack?

I’m very much under the impression that both parties suck and essentially pulls the strings of whatever they want to manipulate that day.
