Walking world record, part II (pic)

I had this photo sent to me, claiming it was the Iowa buck we discussed a couple of weeks ago. The previous pictures posted were from last year, but this buck looks nothing like that one. This could be a hoax photo, or a completely different deer, who knows? Anybody with more info?

I've also seen this buck referred to as "The Don King of Deer":

I've seen the story about the kid in the wheelchair associated with both this animal and the other one, so I don't know which is correct. More people seem to think it's the other one, so I guess that's it. Also, I've seen it stated that "The Don King Buck" was taken behind a fence and therefore is ineligible, but that was just one guy's story. Who the hell knows?
