Veterans Day

Straight and to the point. Well said. Thank you for all who has and is serving.

In a time when all are making a big deal about who got elected, I look at Veterans Day as a way to not only remember all the brave men and women who are/have served, but to remind myself that America is great and it is not because of who we elect, but because of the ordinary citizens who do extraordinary things, such as putting their lives on the line and they/their families making great sacrifice as these honorable folks protect our freedoms.

Thanks to all the Veterans. My family and I are forever in your debt.

Thanks to all of the veterans and those currently serving. Thanks also to their families who make sacrifices in their lives. The Lane household is eternally grateful for the sacrifices you've made so we can have the freedom that we enjoy, and sometimes take for granted. THANKS SO MUCH!!

My words mean nothing, although I am truly grateful. You will know I am grateful by how well I keep our elected officials feet to the fire for not keeping up their end of the deal.

AWESOME... Thank YOU all for your support.

I wish there were more benefits for being a VET. Not the selfish kind, but maybe a break on home loans, medical etc. I am very blessed and I can afford what my family needs, but I am shocked we don't treat out vets better.
I was a guest at my daughters (6 yrs old) Veterans day program, and it was a lot more emotional that I thought it would be. With what I did in the Army, it's tough to answer the innocent questions of first grade kids about "what did you do in the Army".

Thanks again for the support!

Don
