I take that back I would give the alaskan shore line cruise a go.

Just got back from one. Not a fan of being with a lot of people but I'll admit it was more fun than I thought it would be. Saw whales, glaciers, mountains and goats.

Hardly seems fair that these potentially upstanding citizens from Georgia were apprehended by the police utilizing such publicly intrusive methods.

Thankfully we live in a country where everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

I ran a security team. One day we had a car that was left in one of our parking garages. Was there the next day, too, unmoved. Called the DMV and turns out that I could request permanent access to the state's database of plates, VINs, title holders. Unlimited use. Sure, hook me up. That would be handy if another vehicle was left. Car bombs, dead bodies, who knows?

Looked up to see if any Google-fu info on the owner. He was now in jail unable to make bail for the charges. Had the car towed.

I did not use the dataset again for over a year but had access loaded down inside our 24/7/365 security center as I was not always on site.

A knucklehead who worked for me scratched down a couple of license plates of guys dropping his ex-wife off at her apartment. Came into work and looked up addresses then went to threaten the guys. One of the guys jotted down the knucklehead's plate to give to the officer that took his complaint.

I had to clean up that diaper after fired the doofus. Ex-military with some valuable skills for us yet he was blinded by the ex.

That leads me to my concern as may be a few knuckleheads with access to flock data. Flock info is not fenced off with anywhere near the level of security and access tracking you see in medical data here in America. My son is a physician and you have to sign in to access any record. If you pull up a patient's room number, you better be on the treatment team for that patient or you may be walked out of the building a few minutes later. Flock data access should be protected just as well will all access and queries logged.
