I need a pair of 10x42 binoculars for my fishing boat. Nothing fancy or "high end". But I do not care for junk either. Ebay has always been my go-to for used glass, but now Ebay is full of mostly new glass and even the used ones are not for auction but rather for a fixed price that is often far too close to the new price. I suspect most are being sold by dealers, not private individuals.
Anyway, I would like to find a decent pair of used glasses. Maybe something that sells new in the $400-500 and used for $200-$250.
If you do not feel this is realistic, do not hesitate to say so. My feeling are almost always hurt, so they can't be made much worse
