I bought a set of their Titan Drive sites a few weeks ago for one of my bows. I startd to get it sighted in and was having problems with a bolt coming loose.

I called the factory after having little success with the archery shop I bought the sites from. The guy from parts and warranty immediately took my name and address and sent out a new bracket. They said they stand behind their product 100% and would make it right. So a big thimbs up to www.trophyridge.com for their customer service.

I have heard they have really great customer service, but have also heard tons of people having problems similar to what you did with bolts not holding, sights moving all the time and weak pins that break easily. They have seemed to remedy all those problems fast, but the problems have had me worried about failures in crunch time.

yeah, it is a little worrisome but this is the first problem I've ever had with one of their products.

I always spray my bolts down with white lithium grease before I tighten them, that seems to help.
