For cordless stuff, Dewalt. Sawzall is a Milwaukee corded model, I’ve had Porter Cable and Milwaukee skill saws.

I’m a contractor. The only thing I plug in is a compressor for nail guns. Everything else I use is Dewalt cordless.

For in-home use, I'm a big fan of the Milwaukee 12V line. The impact driver and drill are both super compact to fit in tight spaces and lightweight. I have several other tools in the line including the caulk gun (which I initially thought was the dumbest idea) and I love them all.

This! Also, because I don't use them to make a living. I use my drill most, but I got the "combo" pack of circular saw, reciprocating saw, drill, flashlight, etc. in Ryobi and there I've stayed. Everytime I need a new cordless tool I end up getting a Ryobi only because I already have the batteries and charger. If I would have bought the Milwaukee or Dewalt to start, I would likely just buy more of the same. All things considered, it was the price for me because I don't end up using them everyday.

I switched from Dewalt to Milwaukee, only because I was tired of the Dewalt batteries dying out so quickly and then having to replace them regularly. I don't have any loyalty to any of the brands, but heard a lot of contractors in my area purchase Milwaukee so I went with Milwaukee.

I started out with Craftsman, and ended up using peoples Dewalt over the years and had much better success. When me and the FIL built a building in the backyard, bought he and I both a new set of Dewalt. It ended up coming with an impact wrench, battery operated screwdriver/drill, and sawsall. I have been pleased with the Dewalt since then.

I use Ridgid because of the lifetime service agreement. And because I already own a bunch of them.
i'm genuinely excited to go buy an electric lawnmower soon.
luckily thanks to my dad i was always an avid ear plugger with mowers, that's what will be wild.
though, the probably 15-20 metal shows i went to at the marquis theater in denver through high school and college destroyed whatever those ear plugs were working to preserve. not probably. they did.

Makita for cordless, Dewalt corded table and miter saws. I got bit by the Festool bug for sanding and dust extraction though, that one hurt.

Dewalt, most because that's what my dad used. I still use some of his corded drills that gotta be over 20 years old.
One of the first power tools I bought myself was a chorded rigid Sawzall I needed for hvac install work. Trigger burnt out on the first job. Exchanged for a Dewalt and never looked back. I'm sure there all good these days.

I've got a bunch of cordless Milwaukee tools. They are all great. Especially the 18v 3/8" impact for lug nuts and tight bolts. I also really like the Milwaukee air compressor. It inflates a tire crazy fast.
