Tikka T3 lite barrel threading?

Then if he has a 5/8x24 suppressor rear fitting, that goes on other rifles that are threaded 5/8x24, he doesnt have to switch. Most suppressors that arent 224 cal seem to come with 5/8x24 as a standard. Id bet the adapter is cheaper than one of these, and like i mentioned, makes for moving the suppressor rifle to rifle easier.

So as @jeremy.b pointed out, I can't just have someone cut and thread it, I also need a shoulder added? How the hell do they add it?

Your questions are largely answered in the P_Ham thread i linked in post #5.

You need a "shoulder" on the barrel of a greater diameter than the threads for a threaded muzzle device to tighten up against or your muzzle device is at risk of coming loose. One standard industry guideline is 0.100" greater than thread diameter. A tikka lite barrel is going to be 0.65-0.66"ish diameter off memory if you chop at 20". A 5/8 thread major dia is 0.623", I.E. you would have a tiny shoulder to index/tighten against if you dont have a shoulder added with 5/8" threads. That is why 1/2" threads are an alternative that was suggested that would result in a larger shoulder using existing barrel diameter.

I like keeping as much meat on the muzzle of the barrel as possible but there are countless .308 and smaller bored rifles with 1/2" threads that work fine.

Because you aren’t threading a tikka lite barrel 5/8” without some extra work done unless you go with their new barrel that is flared
Ah. I got the idea from Will, who did just that, on a .300WM without any issue.

I have a Kimber Montana 280ai. Thunderbeast put a brake on the end of my barrel to which my suppressor screws onto. It was their solution to a too small barrel.

Start fresh, get a Tikka build from Unknown Munitions.

Unknown is pretty much the Christensen Arms of quality control. They charge about 30% premium to do the work that a competent smith charges and ship out product that is embarrassingly poor quality.

Find a good local smith, save money and frustration.
