The Great HT 2026 weigh in.

How many of you folks on food restrictive diets take a cheat day? I thought maybe one day of the weekend would be good for a little splurge for a treat. I've really been trying to be careful about what I eat as well as portions. Decided I wanted to have baked ham today. I still watched my portions but I treated myself to some peach cobbler with peaches and cream ice cream for dessert. Full disclosure, breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs and lunch was a banana. Back to the restrictive stuff and exercise tomorrow.

Weighing in at 224lbs and about to start defending a city league basketball championship starting Tuesday. That should help lose a few pounds. Haven’t touched a basketball though since we had to win 5 in a row in one week and beat the other team twice in the championship to win our bracket.

I fluctuate 20lbs pretty regularly but haven’t been below 200 in about 15 years. I think I would be skin and bones below 200, but would like to get back near there before the summer/fall. That’s the goal, 205ish.
 
i just set my alarm for 4:45. I’ll get a 30 minute lift and 30 walk in before I get ready to go to work. I have to many excuses if I wait until after work.
In order to do it in the morning I'd have to get up about 3. So im stuck with afternoons. I find the only way I can do it is if I literally walk in the house and workout immediately. If I sit down for even 3 minutes its over.

You’ll adjust my alarm pops at 315. Granted I take a pill and roll over for another 30 but it’s crazy how quick you get use to it
 
Just found this and want to lose some fat. I weighed in this morning at 231 and I am 5 foot 11 inches. I am off to the gym and will be posting progress and hopefully not lack of progress. Montanas upland season starts on 9-1-26 and I my goal is 190.
 
215.2 January 3rd... visible abs still there but fading quickly... I have no weight number in mind but I do really want to focus my cardio fitness a lot more and my strength a lot more.... And hopefully make it thru a year without a surgery...last ten years have been a B. BIGGER STRONGER FASTER 💉💉💉
 
I’m sitting right at 193 right now. I lift four times a week but my trail running has taken a back seat to hunting and holiday food. Definitely need to get back in the cardio game before turkey season rolls around
 
Got a new scale today that scans bf% more accurately. I decided today I’m gonna start forcing myself to drink more water. Scale came in heavy I’d assume from that but im down to 16.5% bf so that’s awesome. If you want some real motivation go see how many pounds of fat your packing
