I had apple pie and ice cream tonight.

Tillamook Marionberry Pie ice cream. But I skipped lunch and spent time on the elliptical. Even went out between rain storms and raked the rocks from the grass from my snow plowing.

I’ll play along. I’ll have a little extra motivation for 22 weeks in 2026. I’m close to 225 now and I hope to be 200 by July.
