Im installing LVP in two bedrooms, got rid of the carpet. Im good for 4 hours, and then the knees cry uncle.Watched the Brawl of the wild while putting down flooring. Good game this year. Maybe they will meet again in the playoffs. View attachment 393602
Back brace time nailing down the wood flooring. Knee pad time when I go to sand it. Got to take care of the few body parts that still work.Im installing LVP in two bedrooms, got rid of the carpet. Im good for 4 hours, and then the knees cry uncle.

What's with the glass jars in the fridge, just storing? BTW, did you ever tell us how the aging experiment you did a couple years ago panned out?
We are a raw milk drop location. The milk gets dropped at our house and then a bunch of people come pick up their milk and drop off their empties. What's with the glass jars in the fridge, just storing? Definitely have to start with a big piece, looks like 3/8-1/2" trimmed off. Just about used up your Victorinox knife haven't you.We are a raw milk drop location. The milk gets dropped at our house and then a bunch of people come pick up their milk and drop off their empties.
Raw milk dealer if you will.
The dry age went great. We ended up doing 60 days. I’m actually in the process of trying to buy the dry ager lol. Flavor was really good and the after taste was unique. Would definitely do it again. I can’t remember total weight loss off the top of my head but it wasn’t horrible.

Some of the pics are deceiving. Less than a 1/4”. Honestly the thickness isn’t much thicker than a normal rind but way harder and the overall size of the chunk shrinks a bit.Definitely have to start with a big piece, looks like 3/8-1/2" trimmed off. Kinda wild the head, spine and ribs were still intact and not spread all over the place by scavengersKind of a cool coincidence. Last year, my hunting partner’s daughter shot a buck and lost it. Didn’t have snow on the ground and had blood and found a bed, but then lost the trail. I went out and helped and we never did find it.
Last week, I was hunting in the same area, which is riparian and thick as hell. Really kind of impossible to hunt while moving. Found her buck in a hole that you’d have to be 5 feet away from to see - only about 100 yards from where we lost the trail. Now this is in place that gets hunted all to hell. Easily dozens of hunters a week during the season, not to mention upland and water foul - and I just happened to find it.
Cleaned it up today and excited to surprise her with it after I bleach it.
What I found last week:
