I was out one snowy morning for elk. Saw a vehicle come intothe trail head. Guys got out and looked around. Kind of suspicious, so I hung out at elevation and watched through the binos.
You could see a long way down the access road. They pulled out chain saws. Took down a medium size tree, loaded it up and were gone in less than 15 minutes
The falling snow covered their tracks. When I cam back at dark I couldn't tell they were there.

Dollar Lake Fire along the Upper Green River in Wyoming is now over 15,000 acres and expanding day by day. It's hard to breathe. Sorry hunters in elk area 95!

My daughter is 8 and has been learning we are a family that gives.

Her and I went with a work crew to feed 110 people in town. It was great all around.

Got one kid who wants to fish for about 10 minutes and another who isn't happy unless he's caught every fish in the lake lol. Five year old casted, set the hook and reeled in his first completely by himself today. Not a bad way to spend the morning. (Not counting all the f bombs and tangled lines ).
