If you look close you can see a couple new calfs laying down. Decided wouldn't be to smart to get much closer. Also bumped a couple elk on the hike this morning but couldn't get the phone out in time for a decent pic.

Short shakedown trip to Washington Wine country. All stocked up with wine now! Weather in the Northwest has been wet, windy, and cool, and grape growth is way behind normal years. Spokane to Coeur d Alene is more crowded and crazy than I can ever remember! Bitterroot is not so bad compared to there.
