Took my my new son, age 11 hunting with me and my buddy today. He must be the best luck ever, because we filled 5 tags in 4 hour starting at 9 degrees this morning and ending the hunt at noon around 20 degrees. We kept telling him this is not normal and will most likely never happen again in our lives!!! I regret not taking more pictures and not bringing 2 sets of gloves.... Feeling so blessed!!!!

Mt. Shasta 50 miles to the south. The Cascades are always exciting. Once you get up high enough its hard to not see a volcano.
